NewscastMedia --  A bill that will allow people to carry concealed weapons to church was signed into law yesterday by Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal.  

The bill authorizes persons who are qualified to carry concealed weapons who have passed the training and background checks, to bring them into churches, mosques, synagogues or other houses of worship as a security force.

The bill was proposed because it was deemed necessary for houses of worship in declining nieghborhoods, to be able to protect themselves against crime.
